American Airlines is Now Offering Bonus Miles for Your Upcoming Online Purchases
Last week we published that United Airlines, Southwest Airlines and Alaska Airlines were all offering bonus miles/points for purchases made via their shopping portals through mid-August.
While the target for this promo is back-to-school shoppers, anyone with purchases to make in the coming weeks can take advantage of these bonus miles promotions.
Now, American Airlines is joining the bonus miles party.
American Airlines
- Earn 500 bonus miles when you spend $150
- Earn 1,000 bonus miles when you spend $300
- Earn 2,000 miles when you spend $500
The American Airlines bonus miles promotion runs now through August 19, 2019.
This promo is shorter than the other three we reported, but, you still have a good three weeks to take advantage.
As is typical with these promotions, bonus miles are based on cumulative spend amount during the promotion’s valid period. Meaning, you don’t have to spend the required amount in one shot to get the associated bonus miles.
And, keep in mind, shipping charges and tax are not considered when factoring the total amount spent.
