The Google Express Amex Offer
|The Google Express Amex Offer provides a significant percentage of savings on a wide variety of items, with an added savings amount if you’re a first time Google Express user.
You may be asking what the heck is Google Express. I asked the same exact question, which is why I did some research as a result of this Amex Offer. Here’s what I found.
Google Express
Google Express is Google’s shopping/delivery service that offers online shopping at retailers such as Target, Walmart, Costco, Petco, Walgreens and more. All available stores can be viewed here.
You can browse available items and add them to your cart with a quick click of the Add To Cart button.
Or you can search for the specific items you want to purchase.
Searches will typically show items at a variety of retailers, allowing you to choose the specific store from which you want to buy at the price you like.
Once you’re done loading your cart, you simply check out like you would with any other online retailer.
Shipping is based on individual retailer rules, which is why it’s best…if possible…to purchase your items from one retailer to take advantage of its free shipping policy (example: Target and Walmart offer free shipping at $35).
The Google Express Amex Offer
The Google Express Amex Offer gives a one-time $20 statement credit when you use your enrolled American Express card to spend $60 or more in one or more transactions online only at google.com/express or via the Google Express mobile app.
The offer expires on 4/29/2018, so you’ll want to take advantage of it fairly quickly.
And, enrollment is limited, which means after a set number of the Offers have been added, Amex will remove the Offers from accounts which have not yet added it.
If you’re interested in this Offer, go to your account and add it to your card now!

The Deal and Even More Savings
And why wouldn’t you take advantage of this deal if you have it on your American Express account?
If you purchase an item, or items, which total just over $60, you’ll be saving over 30% with this Offer!
But the Amex Offer isn’t the only savings you can get by purchasing via Google Express.
Google Express is currently offering 20% off your first order.
Just enter Code: SPRING20 at checkout and it automatically deducts 20% off your order.
Be careful, though, you don’t want your order total to drop below $60, otherwise, the $20 off $60+ Amex Offer statement credit won’t be triggered.
Of course, if you don’t have the Amex Offer on your account, you can always just take advantage of the 20% off deal instead.
But, there’s really nothing like grabbing multiple savings on a single purchase.
Wrap Up
Google Express is just one more way to purchase a wide variety of items online. Is it better than shopping directly with the retailer or via Amazon? Probably not, but when a deal like this Amex Offer comes along, it becomes much more appealing.
And considering many of the retailers affiliated with Google Express are the same retailers average Americans frequent on a regular basis, this Amex Offer is a great way to save on things you’re likely going to buy anyway.
Stack the Amex Offer with Google Express’ 20% off first-time user promo and you’re talking saving some real money.
