Select Chase Credit Cards Offering Bonus Earnings July 1 – September 30, 2022 – What Deals Do You Have?
Chase is offering increased earnings on some of its credit cards on up to $1,500 of spend July 1 through the end of September 2022.
This round of bonused categories includes up to 5x on home improvement stores, gas and groceries for the quarter. Some may find a “spend x amount and get y bonus points” offer.
There are also bonus spend offers for Starbucks (both 10x and 5x) that have been around for a while and end in August rather than September. Not a very enticing offer if you’re not a regular Starbucks customer, though.
You can check the link below to see if your Chase card has been targeted for this increased earnings promo, as well as activate the promo on your card. You’ll need the last four digits of the card you want to check (as well as the last name on the card and zip code).

Here are a few examples of increased earnings opportunities.
- IHG Premier – 7x total points at gas stations, grocery stores and home improvement stores
- Hyatt Card – Spend $3,000 and earn 5,000 bonus points
- Marriott Card – 6x on United purchases

This is a great way to add some bonus points, miles or possibly cash back to your balances.
Again, no matter the offer you have available, it will be good for spend beginning July 1, 2022, through September 30, 2022.
And the bonus offer must be activated by 9/30/22…so even purchases made prior to activation will earn the bonus points. You just have to activate the promotion at some point…I’d do it right now if you’ve been targeted.
And the bonuses are good on up to $1,500 in purchases during the promotional period. So, 7,500 points or miles or $75 cash back if you max out the promo.
Chase says that it may take up to 8 weeks from qualifying purchases for the bonus points/miles to post to your account. Typically with these promotions, they post much sooner. But, keep this qualifier in mind if you’re counting on these bonus points for a late summer trip.
